Our compassionate and empathically attuned therapists offer emotional support for people suffering grief and loss, providing a comforting service to support healing experiences in the grieving journey.

By facilitating a safe space for people to share

their experiences and feelings we;

  • Help people to honour the continuing bond with their deceased loved ones as they move forward into their day-to-day life, recognising the importance of birthdays, anniversaries, and special milestones, and supporting the client through these dates and special times

  • Focus, explore and experience the intense emotions of grieving in a safe environment

  • Help people to rebuild their world after the loss of their loved one

  • Help people to understand their current methods of coping, and exploring healthy coping mechanisms

  • Engage and empower people to recognise their innate strengths and adapting to life after a significant life changing loss
